Ever wondered what your favourite team's Champions League fixture list could look like? Our free Champions League Draw Simulator lets you find out in seconds. Here's a complete guide to getting the most out of it.
Getting Started
Using the simulator is simple:
- Go to the UCL Draw Simulator
- Select your team from the dropdown menu
- Click "Draw" and watch your fixtures appear with a smooth card-by-card animation
- Share or download your results
That's it — no sign-up, no payment, no ads blocking the experience.
Understanding Your Fixture List
When you run a draw, you'll see 8 matches — 4 at home and 4 away. Each opponent comes from a different pot:
- 2 opponents from Pot 1 (1 home, 1 away)
- 2 opponents from Pot 2 (1 home, 1 away)
- 2 opponents from Pot 3 (1 home, 1 away)
- 2 opponents from Pot 4 (1 home, 1 away)
The fixtures also respect country protection — you won't face more than 2 teams from the same nation.
Features You Might Have Missed
🌍 Multi-Language Support
The simulator is available in 7 languages: English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Italian, and Portuguese. Use the language selector in the top-right corner to switch.

💾 Favourite Team Memory
The simulator remembers your last selected team. When you come back, it's already pre-selected — no need to scroll through the list again.
📱 Works Everywhere
The app is fully responsive and works on:
- 📱 Phones (iOS & Android)
- 💻 Tablets
- 🖥️ Desktop browsers
It's also a Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can install it on your home screen for an app-like experience with offline support.
How Realistic Is the Simulator?
Very. The simulator uses:
- Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm — the gold standard for unbiased randomisation
- UEFA's pot system — real 2025/26 season pots with correct team assignments
- Country protection rules — no more than 2 opponents from the same country
- Retry mechanism — if a valid draw can't be completed (due to constraints), it automatically retries up to 10 times
The only difference from the real UEFA draw is that our simulator doesn't account for TV scheduling constraints, which are not publicly documented.
Tips for Football Fans
Run Multiple Draws
The draw is random every time. Run it 5–10 times to get a sense of the range of possible opponents your team could face. You'll notice some matchups appear more often than others due to the pot and country constraints.
Compare With Friends
Share your draw with friends who support different teams. It's a great conversation starter — "Look who I got for Liverpool!" is guaranteed to spark debate.
Use It for Predictions
Before the actual UEFA draw, use the simulator to set your expectations. If you run it 20 times and keep getting Bayern Munich away, maybe it's time to mentally prepare for that trip to the Allianz Arena.
